Who am I?
Hello. I’m Özden.
I am a theater actress and a certified breathwork facilitator. I am trained in RBM (Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery) with Eleanor Mann, the founder of The School of Breathwork. After eighteen months of training, which included my own journey of self-awareness into the depths of my psyche, I received my certificate in November 2022. Since then, I have been facilitating sessions for individuals and groups, both in online and in-person settings.
After meeting RBM, the trust I have in life gained a whole new depth and meaning. RBM offered me very gentle but powerful tools to listen to myself, find my own truths and trust them.
This practice is now an integral part of my life. Breathwork reminds me of my essence. It reminds me of the path I came here to walk and what I need to continue walking that path. It connects me with my inner resources and removes the obstacles in front of me.
Today, I know that it is possible to co-create my life in a constant dialogue with Life. I continue to create my life in the direction of my intentions every day.
And I am here to support you to do the same.
I am here to remind you of your own power and inner guidance. I’m here to support you on your journey of meeting yourself and creating the life you want to live. I intend for the time we spend together to help you listen to the guidance of your body and soul, and build trust in your capacity to heal yourself.
What is RBM?
RBM (Rebirthing Breatwork Mastery) is a practice based on breath and body awareness. RBM is a dialogue with your nervous system and life. It’s a creative tool that you can use to live an intentional life.
The most important point that distinguishes RBM from other breathwork practices is that we use a gentle and soft breath, in and out through the nose. This gentle breath cycle evokes a parasympathetic response in the nervous system. Thus, our body and psyche reveal as much material as we are ready to engage with at any given moment.
RBM centers the participant’s experience and the wisdom of their own body, and honors subtle experiences as well as intense ones. In doing that, it offers a safe space in which the participant can progress at their own pace, increasing their inner sense of safety and capacity to stay with what arises with each breath.
By integrating the intention setting into the process, RBM makes breathwork a journey of self-awareness. When our intentions, whether counscious or unconsious, come to light, we begin to live life with awareness, freeing ourselves from the subconscious patterns that control our lives.
This is how we peel back the layers of conditioning, limiting beliefs, stored stress and the imprints of incomplete experiences so that we can remember our essence, and start to create the life our heart desires to live.

“Breathwork is the process of revealing ourselves, to ourselves.”
Alakh Analda, Founder of RBM
