
One-on-one Sessions
Each session starts with talking about the change you want to make in your life and uncovering your current intention, goes on with the gentle breath cycle, and ends with debriefing to relate the content of your session to your intention.
Each session is an opportunity for you to listen to yourself, engage with what is coming up, and start to build trust in your own unique process. I listen to you as you unearth the intention that’s waiting to be heard, dialogue with you when you need support during the breath cycle, and offer a space to share at the end of the session to help you integrate your experience.

FULL SESSION
2,5HR
- 90-minute breath cycle
- 30 minutes on both ends for intention setting and debrief
This session is for you if you are:
- new to breathwork and want to dive deep straight away
- an experienced breather who wants to have a full RBM experience
SHORT SESSION
2HR
- 60-minute breath cycle
- 30 minutes on both ends for intention setting and debrief
This session is for you if you are:
- new to breathwork and prefer this shorter option
- an experienced breather who’s happy that this option exists
FOLLOW-UP SESSION
1,5HR
- 60-minute breath cycle
- 15 minutes on both ends for intention setting and debrief
This session is for you if you are:
- an experienced breather who is short on time and/or clear on intentions

Group Sessions
Group sessions are done with a maximum of four participants in order to allow enough time for each participant to share and to provide the support that the participants need during the breath cycle.
Some of the group sessions I offer are structured around certain themes. This opens up a space where those who want to experience transformation in that specific area come together and deepen in their processes. In addition to breathwork, I also offer other practices to support the theme we are working on, such as energy work, guided meditation and writing practice.
Group sessions are held via Zoom.
